The tools found in this work book will help you to stay on your path even when it gets bumpy, or your way forward is no longer clear. They will also help guide you toward more inner peace, a meaningful life, and more freedom to influence your reality and your destiny.

In personally facing many challenges that initially derailed me over and over again, I eventually created a formula for optimism. You will find this Optimism Formula is a tool in this book, and also it provides a foundation for the philosophy behind this book. Here are the elements that I have discovered are necessary for staying optimistic, while embracing your dreams and transforming your challenges;
The Inner Wisdom Book provides Tools For Creative Solutions, Creating Clarity, Being In Flow & Boosting Optimism, Tools For Emotion Processing; and Tools For Stress Reduction. These tools draw from Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Kinesiology concepts. I created most of them, from years of facing my own dreams and challenges, and those of my clients, as well as years of creating and facilitating resilience workshops. You may want to adapt these tools even further, so that you can draw exactly what you need from them.

- fully welcome and go after your dreams that contribute to you living your best possible life. Dreams and goals are an integral key to accessing happiness and creating balance. Definitely there are times when life is too overwhelming or challenging to have the headspace for working toward a dream, and yet coming back to them to help create a bit more stability during difficult times can significantly help in the process of finding sources that lift you up
- choose to guide your mind so that you are careful and aware about what you are giving your energy to and focusing on
- have a number of tools for processing and working through distressing, derailing or overwhelming emotions
- trust in your inner compass, and therefore trust in yourself and your ability to do everything you can to make your dreams a reality. You will find confidence in holding onto faith that no matter what, you will do all you can to find the solutions that you need
- resolve disempowering beliefs/programs and old trauma that is holding you back or creating barriers
- understand, prioritise and nurture your 'everyday touchstones' (another tool found within this book)
- commit to taking the many small steps that are needed to take you toward realising your dreams and creating the life that you want (this will involve committing to facing your challenges along the way)
- commit until the very end - either until your dream is realised or you come to a point that you definitively can not move any further, or alternatively you have without any doubt lost all energy for the dream or goal
